Going through the ESRB site, I noticed that they posted recently a rating for
Mario Strikers Charged
. The game will be rated E10+ for crude humor and mild cartoon violence. I think it's safe to assume the crude humor is going to be provided mainly by Wario. Currently, Nintendo has the game scheduled to release "Summer 2007" on their press site.

<Kojinka> When I saw this thread back on top, I was afraid this was gonna be another pointless bump by a new member, but when I saw Super-Jesse's username, my fears were laid to rest.

Huh...although it may have been used for another Mario game, could this be the first Mario game rated E10+? This makes me wonder if they'll re-rate
SSBM
sometime.

Looks like the first game with "Mario" in the title to be E10+. SSX On Tour for GC was E10+ and had Mario, Luigi, and Peach. DK Jungle Beat, WarioWare Smooth Moves, and Wario: Master of Disguise were also E10+.

Is Nintendo bringing out "mature" games now? 'Bout time (The Aussie/NZ rating system is more simple, it uses G, PG, M, and MA15+. LoZ: TP and MPH were M rated. OMG!)
Yo, I'm Matty Underscore G Thirty-Three!
And I need a freaking clue...

The OFLC rating system is no simpler than the ESRB's system.
E = G
E10+ = PG
T = M
M = MA15+

The mininum age to buy a M rated game is 15 years old, or if you looked like one. In ESRB's case, T for teens means you can go ahead and buy it if you look 13.
PG is "Parental Guidance" (duh) for under 8's. ESRB's E10+ pushes it up two ages.
And some other stuff would make both rating systems unbalanced...
And MEGAߥTE (I'm sick of copy-pasting your name), the ball doesn't even look like Samus' Morph Ball (it looks like the Spider Ball in Prime. Get it right.)
