Strip number #51 is awesome (FALCON -- SNEAK! FALCON -- SNEAK!!!)
And the Kirby/Dedede rivalry (and Kirby's utter naive-ness) never gets old.
If she is indeed genetically mutated such that she has an eye in the back of her head, then I guess that she is genetically mutated and has an eye in the back of her head.

45 - Treasure: Everyone feels his pain...
58 - Face-Off: Pure genius. Especially panels 9-12.
60 - Reflection: I laughed my head off (and look carefully at panel 6 - there's a reference to an older strip)
71 - Hidden Block: Happens all the time to me in SMB3 7-6...
