There are a few redundancies as you mention double and ice twice.

If that drink does, indeed, exist then it would defeat the longest drink name that five seconds of google turned up and is certainly the acting base of the new champion: Double Ristretto Venti Nonfat Organic Chocolate Brownie Frappuccino Extra Hot with Foam and Whipped Cream Upside Down Double Blended.
