Congrats, Luigison! It makes me wonder what the next generation of children are gonna be like.

A new season!? Kewl!

Yup. Late 2006, 13 episodes. But unfortunetly, due to low ratings, there will be no fourth season. I'm sick of animated shows getting cancelled after only three seasons...

Well, we're the same age, PaperMario. I wonder what 8th grade is going to be like.

I have angst against the Shadow Queen in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. I CAN'T BEAT HER!

It'll be worse than 7th grade, but I'm sure we'll think about it one day and think " Wow, that was too easy ", or something like that.
Hey, we both have the same Paper Mario TTYD angst!

I figured I'd up the ante a bit and put out a topic for us to post about: Underrated Cartoons.
Post which cartoons you think are underrated. The ones that are actually good but don't get the attention they deserve. It can be from the present day, or it can a cartoon that existed way back when but isn't remembered much anymore. Just be sure to state which of these it is.

For me:

My Life as a Teenage Robot (This is a show that was on nick a couple years back. It currently reruns on the Nicktoons Network. Obviously it wasn't popular enough because it didn't last as long as the other Nicktoons.)
I admit it. I like this one. Especially the art style. It's like half anime and half classic. Heck, there are even references to 30's cartoons sprinkled about. There was even a huge Mario reference in one particular episode. I also like the premise, which is about a world-saving robot that has the physical age of a high school student. Not bad, if I do say so myself.

You know a new season of that is coming, right? Just saying, in case you thought it was cancelled like I did.

He didn't need to curse me out afterward. *sigh*

I guess you could forget it, the anger has long since subsided in the both of us. Say I was the jerk in this situation, fine, I don't care, I still believe I did nothing wrong.

For some reason, I'm kinda afraid to say no to a family member like that. ( Or at least I used to be. ) Which really sucks, considering my aunt ( she used to live in Canada and spoke the worst English, but she could'nt pay for it due to the fact that she doesn't have a job and that she spent so much money on her stupid son. ) makes both me and my cousin Anthony do her son's homework for him, because God knows how much he sucks at it. I'm always forced into doing it at the end, while he watches TV.

I started school today. Today, we got a short-term project in English class. Not only that, but we also got homework from Spanish and History. Oh, and we get gym uniforms and gym lockers tommarrow. I guess 7th grade is like this.

You're in 7th grade? I'm going to the 8th. Weird, I always imagined you to be one grade ahead of mine.

General Chat / Re: What does your voice sound like?
« on: August 30, 2006, 09:31:58 PM »
I can also change my voice and modify it, and I'm good at copying other people's voices. I can also sound like Patrick Warburton, Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Cosby, and most of the characters from Homestar Runner at will.

You're kinda like me, except I focus on doing the voices of cartoon/anime/video game characters. Two of the voices I can do now is Sonic the Hedgehog and Dr. Eggman.

Meh, Tom & Jerry Kids doesn't hold a candle to A Pup Named Scooby Doo, one of the few good Scooby Doo spin-offs. Then again, anything is better than Shaggy & Scooby Doo, Get a Clue.

Sorry about the double post...

So true. I loved that show. The creators did a great job with the personalities of the characters, especially Fred.

But yeah, I gotta agree with you. It's confirmed the rest of the gang will make "guest appearances"....Whats with this? I really don't see them ( Shaggy and Scooby ) actually trying to solve mysteries without being forced to do it. And the plot is pretty awful. Last I checked, Shaggy never had a rich uncle. The plot just feels cliche. The animation is also very unimpressive, it looks like it's animated by Flash, and I don't like the dot eyes on Scooby.

You know, I could never figure out the sex of Rabbit.  -_-'

Thank God I wasn't the only one. It was a time when I was afraid of being laughed at for not knowing something. Anyways, the dub of Magical DoReMi was worse than I thought, but thats just my opinion.

And Aarom, you do know there's gonna be a new Tom and Jerry cartoon ( Tom and Jerry Tales ) airing this Fall, right? You should probably check it out if you really like the show.

Thanks, but since I had to go to my aunt's house for a day, I just had to finish it on the evil mission, which, unfortunetly, made me fight Sonic and Diablon, which wasn't my intention...What Shadow said in the end wasn't really worth it, either...

Mario Chat / Re: Sonic/Mario crossover?
« on: August 23, 2006, 08:59:16 PM »
Sorry, but I just can't agree with the idea of them in a crossover. Just because Nintendo and Sega are friends now doesn't mean they have to do that....
