Mafia hit-man whacks wheelchair-eating men in the kneecaps with a crowbar, thus crippling them and sending them into an absurd paradox of having to rely upon wheelchairs, but unable to stand the idea of using them and not eating them. The wheelchair eating men are driven out of their minds by this contradiction, are effectively paralysed between their own nature and their unfortunate situation and, ironically enough, starve to death while sitting motionless in their wheelchairs.

(Perhaps interestingly, throughout this post Watoad has been sitting on a chair equipped with wheels.)
