Game Help / Re: Zelda:Ocaraina of time help

"How do you get the bomb bag??"

I explained that to you already in my Zelda help-line. I think you should go back and read it.

"r how far do you need too be to go too the bombchu bowling place and the bombchu shop???"

If by that, you mean where are those places. Then it is in the castle's market place.

"and For the last time,
Is there any strategies for beating that wolf thing at the starting of the sacred forest meadow??"

Beating him is very simple. Keep your shield up at all times, and Z-Target him. When he comes and slash at you, he will then turn around and be left open. Just press 'A' to jump-slash him then, do this twice to kill him.

"And how do you learn the song of storms?"

After you become an adult, go to Kakariko's Windmill, and pull out your ocarina in front of the guy playing that music box. He will then teach you the song.

"Well at least tell me what song you learn after saria's song.(I don't even know it yet!!!"

All songs after Zelda Lulluby and Saria's Song are optional(Excluding the songs Shiek teaches you). That means that you don't have to get it.

But the most likely song you will learn after Saria's Song is Epona's Song, which you can learn after talking to Malon and then pulling out your ocarina.

"*Sigh*I wish that you could play any song you want too before you actully learn it....
Cause I know how too do it,
cause it's this:(4 is <-
2 is down, and 6 is ->)
4,2,6,4,2 and six.
But it doesn't work until somebody teachs you that song. "

I know how you feel, I wish for that before...

Video Game Chat / Re: When will the GameCube get a price drop?
« on: February 28, 2002, 04:40:37 PM »
Well, the PS2 is still $300 because Sony refuses to let it have a price drop.

Nintendo products usually go down in price after about a year or two. But I'm glad that the GameCube isn't $300 like the PS2 and XBox is.

*Looks at post* Oh yeah, I forgot. I erase my original "Nintendo, Born To Play" signature to make room for the Shigeru Miyamoto quote.

Heh, my signature would have been MUCH longer, but when it make it that long, my profile can't be updated for some reason.

I wonder why?

Oh well, it doesn't matter much anyway. All I was going to add was a long quote from Shigeru Miyamoto. It's that quote that seems to be famous with a lot of Nintendo fans lately.

Bob The Spiny.

There is no first gold rupee. You can get them in any order at any time.

And about you not being able to beat Zelda 64, have you ever play A Link To The Past? Zelda 64 is for the simple-minded compare to that Zelda!

Bob.

You are suppose to follow the owl's hooting, like I said in my post.

And Cable04, why don't you just post it in the Zelda help-line that me and LieutenantEagle have posted.

404NotFound.

You're asking why everybody here sounds narrow-minded? Well, how about letting me take a guess.

Maybe it's because everyone here is a Mario fan!

And until we hear announcement from Nintendo or Shigeru Miyamoto that Mario will be on the XBox, then that will always be a valid reason for people who love Mario beyond anything else, including the Legendary Link himself.

Now, I know that some people here might not love Mario beyond Link, but I am one of those people who do. I like Zelda, but I definitely like Mario way more.

Oh, and Cable04? He probably likes the XBox because of it's games. You know, the same reason why we like GameCube and all of the other Nintendo systems*coughMario&Zeldacough*.

He probably likes the XBox because it has some games that are exclusive only to it, even though is not that many. The Xobx may not have many exclusives, but it has some, and they are good games*coughHalo&ProjectEgocough*.

Now, I agree with you on alot of points, but I still stand on my belief.

Although your comparison is valid and reasonable, Sonic most likely copy Mario more than Mario copy Sonic.

Two main reason are behind my belief.

1.Mario was created before Sonic.

2.Sonic was a suppose to be Sega's version of Mario.

I know Sonic was suppose to be Sega's version of Mario because I read many versions of the history of Nintendo, and alot of them states that Sonic was created solely to dethrone the world's most popular game at the time aka Super Mario.

While Sonic made be very different from Mario, there are many valid reasons for this.

1.If a popular game is being copy, it doesn't take a scientists to realize that you need to make the game much better. Or in other words, add more of what made the other game popular in your own version.

2.If you are copying a game, make it VERY different so that it will not look like a copy. So maybe this is why Sonic is based on speed.

Okay, so Super Mario 64 used coins to add to your health. But this is needed!

Would you want to play a game like Super Mario 64 if you know that you will die after getting one hit from a monster?

And since coins are the most convenient thing in any Mario game, Nintendo probably decided to use this, and just let the green mushroom give Mario extra lives. Plus, this add more of a challenge to the game.

Not in specific order.

1.Cowboy Bebop(Still having trouble finding out if Ed is a boy or a girl. I think he is a boy, though. I think.....)

2.Time Squad(Great show. It's very corny, but it's a great show)

..............That's all the cartoons I want to watch? Geez, I thought I like more than that.

"How do you increase your Rupee's limit from 99 too a higher amount,"

To increased the number of money you can carry, the upgrades are all at the Cursed's House in Kakariko Village.

"And,How do you get too big brothers house in goron city?"

If by Big Brother, you mean Darunia. Then just go to the bottom of Goron City, and played Zelda's Lulluby in front of his door.

"And how do you get the goron bracelet???"

Darunia will give it to you after you played him Saria's Song.

"How do you get too sacred forest meadow???"

To get to the Sacred Forest Meadow. When you get to Lost Forest, go in the direction I'm about to give to you. Do this EXACTLY as I say.

Right, Left, Right, Left, Up, Left, Right.

After you do that, go through the maze, which is easy because it isn't really a maze.

There is another way to get there. Instead of following my directions, you can go close to the tunnels and listen to the owl hooting. If it does, then you are going in the right direction. If it doesn't, then you are heading in the wrong direction.

"And Even though I'm not close too getting it beacause I don't have bombs,What does the goron tunic do???"

The Goron Tunic protects you from the heat of the lava inside of Death Mountain and the Fire Temple.

"And,How do you get the bomb bag Or open the bombchu shop in the market's back alley??"

You get the Bomb-bag from a chest in Dodongo's Cave. The chest if fairly easy to spot, so keep going through the cave until you see it.

But if you want to know the exact place, then it is to the right of the tunnel that leads to the bridge that is above the giant Dodongo skeleton.

"I am so bad at that game,
I only have one spiritual stone!!!!
I havent even....Oh never mind....
I told you that already...."

You are bad?? Zelda 64 is the first Zelda game that interested me, but then again, A Link To The Past is the only other Zelda game that I have played. And even then, I only played A Link To The Past for a short time(Less than half of the game).

Since the Zelda series was so new to me, I had enormous trouble with Zelda 64. I didn't know what to do! I couldn't get out of the Kokiri forest. Hell, I couldn't even find the Z-sword. But later on, I got so good that I practically know everything about the game.

"What's up with the lava thing in Goron city with the two block in it???"

Don't bother with that. For something that is fairly hard to reach, it gives you something incredibly stupid. You need a hookshot to get there, but trust me, don't bother with it.

Koopa123.

The best way to unlock all the secret characters is to keep playing Vs. matches.

To get Mr.Game & Watch, though. You need to beat either Classic or Adventure mode with ALL of the characters. That means the other secret characters too.

Me? I beat Adventure.

Try my advice, if you have any other secret characters problems. Post it, and I will answer as best as I can.
