Which is why I played it safe and said "I don't know for sure." I wasn't saying he for sure wouldn't appear, I was saying that all these people who are saying "Well IGN said, so all these guys are in Brawl" are idiots. If Pac-Man and Bomberman are in Brawl I will eat a dollar bill.

I remember reading something about the makers of Brawl keeping the 3rd Party characters down to two or three, so there's no guarantee that Sonic will be the final 3rd party character.
