I want to get a GameCube right now! The only reason i want it is to play Luigi's Mansion and Smash Bros. Melee!

Gargh, I only have my old N64 right now and a crappy PS one! I hate PS one, they have crappy Nintendo-copied games! They know nothing about making good games; they don't have any geniuses like Shigeru Miyamoto working for them! Ha! The only thing that is good about PS one is that it can play music CD's! PlayStation2 is the same way: No good games, and lots of crappy Nintendo rip-offs!

Sorry about that, I was just venting off some anger towards the Sony company! I HATE SONY! Nintendo will curse Sony once they die from the videogame market!

Anyway, do you think Nintendo will make another Mario All-Stars game for the GameCube? I would love to see a collection of all the Super Mario Bros. games, Super Mario World 1 and SMW2, Paper Mario, and Super Mario 64 all on one disk!

What would be cool is if they remade the Mario Bros. and Mario World games in side-scrolling 3D! Kind of like Yoshi's Story or Donkey Kong Country!

I don't think that Nintendo will curse Sony if they leave the video game market.

Sony and Nintendo are not really enemies, just rivals.

The only true enemies I can see in this console war is Sony and Microsoft. This is probably because both of them cater to the mature market.

Playstation 2 has a whole bunch of violent and pornographic games like Grand Theft Auto 3, which covers both violence and pornography. Then there is the XBox, which cater to the mature market too with the same type of games, like Halo and Dead or Alive 3.

Although Sony and Microsoft should be at each other throats, Microsoft seems to be more fond of attacking Nintendo for some unknown reason.

It is clear that Sony is attacking Microsoft, but Microsoft seems to be occupied with attacking Nintendo.

Is it because Nintendo wants to be left out of the console war and just create games for their fans? Or is it because Microsoft wants to persuade Nintendo fans over to the XBox because Microsoft knows Nintendo got millions of fans.

I don't know right now, and I'll probably never know....

Anyway, the answer is yes, I do want a Mario All-Star for the GameCube.

Instead of your titles, though. I want Super Mario, Super Mario 2, Super Mario 3, Super Mario World, and Super Mario 64.

I want all of those games on Mario All-Star, except with upgraded graphics. Sort of like how Super Mario 64 looks, except even better! Or they can make a 2D/3D combination, that'll be just fine with me!

Do you realize how those games would be like on the GameCube? The GameCube is powerful enough to make those games absolutely beautiful, give them awesome music, and make extremely lengthy!

And I'm not talking about Super Mario 3 lengthy. I'm talking about each game taking about 7 days to beat! Even without getting ANY of the secrets!

Trust me, the GameCube has much more than enough power to do this. I have a GameCube with Star Wars, Super Smash Brothers Melee(Very fun!), and Super Monkey Ball. In all of them, GameCube shows just what kind of abilities it has when it comes to music and graphics. And both of them are superb!

And the upcoming game, Eternal Darkness, shows that the GameCube has enough power to put about 80 hours of gameplay into a single disk alone! Maybe even more!

Putting the kind of lenght into those games might take Nintendo quite a while, and whole lot of disks, but in the end, they will make millions!

Because disks and development are much cheaper now thanks to their mini-DVD disk format, and we all know that Nintendo are billionaires, don't we?

Anyway, let's just hope that a Mario All-Star DO come out for the GameCube.

I would be crying with joy if they do. Ahhh, the wonderful memories...

Sony is kind of backing off from the competition right now... The main competition is between Microsoft's Xbox and Nintendo's GameCube.

But you're right about Microsoft, they are attacking Nintendo because they know Nintendo has the most old-school fans that have been with them ever since the NES (like me!)... Microsoft is just trying to make the Nintendo fans go over to them so they'll have more support!

But as far as Sony, they've had their shot... They did good with the PS one and (unfortunately) beat the DreamCast with their PS2! That's why I hate Sony, 'cause they killed Sega from the competition, and they tried to steal Nintendo's game ideas and pass them off as their own!

Microsoft may be the biggest computer software manufacturer, but they'll never have the success that Nintendo has had...! Nintendo is the best, always have been...always will be!

LONG LIVE NINTENDO AND PAPER MARIO!

And Nintendo has never really been in the videogame busines to compete. They just make games for the fans! Everyone who likes Nintendo knows that!

Well, no company ever went into any kind of business to compete, but if you have been with Nintendo since the NES, then you know that they competed with Sega.

This was why the SNES had so many great games, because this was during the time Sega was a major competitor for Nintendo.

Although none of Sega's systems has ever reach the popularity of the SNES(No system in the present has done that either as a matter of fact), they did do pretty well.

While Sony and Microsoft is pretty much a competitor of Nintendo, Nintendo and Sony doesn't really seem to be caring about Microsoft, and only each other.

Just because Microsoft launch with the most powerful system doesn't mean that it will win the console war.

Because the sales prove that. When Sony and Nintendo launch with their system, after their consoles has been solded out, their #1 game has become million sellers.

Super Smash Brothers for Nintendo, and Metal Gear Solid for Sony. However, last time I check, Halo for the XBox only sold 95,000 copies.

So this proves that power doesn't sell systems. So even though Microsoft's system is more closely related to the GameCube, it should be competing with Sony.

Sony and Microsoft cater to the mature market, unlike Nintendo, who caters to everyone. It will take them much longer to steal Nintendo's market than each other.

So if either one of them is too busy trying to steal the GameCube market, then they might find that the other has already stolen theirs.

That's why Sony and Microsoft should be competing with each other instead of GameCube. The only system I can see that should compete with GameCube is DreamCast, but those morons at Sony already killed them.

Sony is good competition for Nintendo. They have proven that you don't need a powerful system to have success! Microsoft doesn't seem to know that, they just think that a more powerful system will win, and that's not entirely true. A successful system needs good games. And that's what Nintendo and Sony have done with their systems: make good, fun games!

I think it would be cool to have smas 4 the gcn. I also think it would be cool to have a sonic adventure 2 with mario characters. not a hack, a brand new game. I'd call it Super Mario Team: Return to Sub-con.
