5. Now use normal HEAL on your character (only one character) that is low. Write down how much HP is restored each time. Do this 6 times and type them in the next 6 boxes of the calculator. Make sure you DO NOT fully heal your character, they need to be low enough before you start. It's ok to perform the 6 heals on different people.

The stat differences between vocations becomes more pronounced as you level up. The nice thing about DQVI's job system is that, unlike in DQIX, there's little need to grind after switching classes.

Equipment selection is based on the individual character, not their vocation. Ashlynn can't equip heavy weapons like a Battle-Axe whether she's a Gladiator or a Mage.
