Welcome to yet another RPG! This one is a 'sequel' to Mario & Luigi: Supersar Saga (Yes, I know there's a M&L2), called Mario and Luigi: Celebrity Clash!! I'll be the game master, and you can choose from Mario, Luigi- or any evil-doer, as all of the bad guys are good, and the good guys are bad- except for the Bros! Now, we just need some people to play the parts.

Starting Location: Peach's Castle
Mario: Bowser! We're here to make sure you can't kidnap the princess!
Bowser: Huh? Why would I want to do that?
Luigi: Uh, Mario...
Mario: Not now, Luigi! Let's battle him!
Luigi: OK, then...
Bowser: No, wait, I'm on your side!
Luigi: Yeah, right!!
Bowser: Mario!! Watch out!!
Peach: Tiara toss!
Tiara Toss hits Mario, does 14 damage.
Mario: 1HP. Luigi: 12HP. Peach: ???HP.
Mario: Mamma mia!
Toad: Come on, your Royal Highness, let's get out of here! Soon we could conquer the whole Mushroom Kingdom!
Peach: Very well. Toadsworth- se to it that these three never bother us again!!

Battle begins with Toadsworth!
Toadsworth: 30HP. Stun Spore attack.

I'll be Wario. He is a bad guy, in my opinion.
Attacks: Big butt: Free FP, Does 3 HP damage, 1 HP damage more if Wario farts, enemy is poisioned if methane gas is present.
Charge slam : Free, takes one turn to charge. Does 4 HP damage.
Wario fist : -2 FP, Does 4 HP damage, 50% chance Wario will miss enemy.
Poision Mushroom: Enemy becomes poisioned. Will do 1 HP worth of damage at end of turns. Will last for 3 turns.
LV:1
HP:15
FP:15

Wario attacks Toadsworth with Big Butt. It does 3 HP worth of damage. He also farts on him, doing an additional 1 HP of damage. Toadsworth is poisioned! At the end of each turn, Toadsworth will be delt with 1 HP of damage."

Wario: " Wah ha! Good-a thing I had those-a baked beans for lunch-a!"

P.S: We need more people for this RPG! It'll be fun! Come on guys, someone needs to be Bowser or something.

Boo- Scares Toad. Doesn't take away any FP. Toad loses 3 HP (2 plus Wario's fart poisoning) and is too scared to move. Toad loses next turn.

bowesr walks up to toadsworth and starts a fire breath, from the intial burst it does 5HP damage to toadsworth then he stays in the flame long enough to get 1HP damage

Toadsworth uses Super Spore, and several small Toads sprout from the spores. For each one that survives, they heal 5HP. h, and they have 1HP each. There are 5 of them.

It's a bit confusing... how about these pairs:

Dry Bones & Wario vs Toadworth
Boo & Fawful vs Goomboss (He was unaffected by the blast that reversed everyone's intentions)
Bowser & Lemmy (I'll join if I have to) vs Ketsueki (A master swordsman. He is not Ketsueki Mario... Ketsueki's just a cool name)
Roy vs Baby Yoshi

All of the enemies, except for Baby Yoshi, have 30HP. Baby Yoshi has 15HP.
Attacks:
Toadsworth: Super Spore (Summons mini-Toads), Stun Spore
Goomboss: Charge Goomba Fury
Ketsueki: Strike, Super Jump
Baby Yoshi: Eat, Hip Drop

Oh. Okay, Dry Bones, you get a Skeleton shroom, which powers up your BP. Wario, you get a steak, which increases yur weight & power, but you may miss some attacks. One more battle, and you guys are level 2!!

Peach: Gack! Toadsworth is so weak. After all, he's very old!
Toad: May I suggest a surprise?
Peach: Hmm... like what?
Toad: I say we send out Goomboss.
Peach: Oh, yes. Goomboss. He's already battling Boo and Fawful, isn't he?
Toad: You're right. We need another plan.
Peach: Way ahead of you. GOOMBOTS- attack Wario and Dry Bones!! Toad!!
Toad: Yes, your Royal Highness?
Peach: Bring me Luigi. NOW!!

Oh, and you may appear in the game... but the only two playable characters are Mario and Luigi. However, I have some resource problems- Luigi's background is opaque. Can you design a good RPG Maker battle character set?

About your problems with Luigi's background being opaque. If you can send those sprites to a hyperlink in your post. I guess I could try fixing them.

Desert Pirahna + Tonsils

Desert Pirahna and it's Tonsils both have 25 HP. However, the tonsils can't attack, but they can heal 10 HP for both themselves and the actual plant. The plant, however, can attack. Wario can only attack the tonsils, while Dry Bones can only attack the head.

Wario attacks the tonsils with poision Mushroom. Not only are the tonsils poisioned, but the Pirahna Plant is too! For three turns, they will both get 1 HP of extra damage!

Boo watches the fierce battle, cheering on Wario even though he was stupid enough to run into quick sand right after Boo found the warp pipe. "Don't worry! I'll help you!" Boo swoops down on Dry Bones, making him transparent! Any attacks on Dry Bones will atomatically miss for two turns.
