Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

By the way, I think Yoshi's Island is part of Dinosaur Land. 
Anyway...I'd like to see more of Rogueport.  That place rocked.  It was the setting for one of the greatest games ever made.

I really liked Dinosaur land from SMW, Next it would have to be the SM# lands and castles then, yoshis island, and last but not least, mushroom kingdom.

No body knows how to connect different parts of the Mushroom Kingdom, they're never shown together, but I do know that Luigi's Mansion was in the MK, only because it never was mentioned that they were outside of the MK in the first place, if Nintendo wanted us to know that Luigi's Mansion was not in the Mushroom Kingdom, they'd mention it in the instruction books.

The way I see it, the world in Paper Mario is closest to actually representing the Mushroom Kingdom as a whole.

In my fanfics, usually the kingdom from Paper Mario, the Dinosaur Islands, Sarasaland, and all the others actually make up the Mushroom World.

That actually makes the most sense, considering how Dry Dry Desert was called Kara Kara desert in the Japan version of PM, while Kalamari Desert from MK64 was also called Kara Kara in it's Japan incarnate. If worlds from idfferent games have the same name in the Japan version even though they are named differently in the English version, chances are they were intnded to be the same area.
