I was wondering how many people actually have a good fast internet...because I sure don't.

I have the crappy school dial-up with speeds from anything to 12.2 kbps to 33.2 kbps. Plus it takes forever to do anything.

I have DSL. It's better then Comcast. I don't care what anyone says, Comcast is too expensive and is no faster than DSL is.

Problem is to get DSL you have to have a phone line.  I recently switched from Verizon phone and DSL to Comcast and Vonage.  My internet connection is now faster and I get 500 free minutes of long distance for less money.

That would be embarrasing if I was the only one with dial-up.

Gee, Dial Up sounds terrible, although it is true you must have a phoneline to get DSL. My dad works for atm, the new Southwestern Bell. So naturally, we have a phoneline.

I have dial up. which is complete crap, but at least I dont have to wait a year to download anything anymore since we got rid of our old computer years ago and we upgraded from 6.0 to 8.0. But yeah it still sucks.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

Wi-Fi isn't really a type of Internet connection.
That was a joke.

Well it's a wireless connection anyway.  My grandma has dial-up, and yes, it sucks.  But its loading time on TMK isn't that bad.

Well I live in the outskirts...where you can't get a connection unless you have a satelite. I can't wait to get my own house.

I don't even use Dial-Up...I used AOL dial-up. AOL v7.0. My parents are so cheap they won't even take the time to upgrade for free. Sometimes, it feels as if it's loading backwards.

Yeah because it takes that long. Hey I forgot to tell you guys I'm fighting for high-speed. I think I ay have my mom on the run. Everytime she says stupid computer, I say it's the crappy internet. I will eventually get it when dial-up no longer exists, but how long will that take?

Comcast cable for me. My computer only slows down when my resources screw up, or the site has bandwidth problems. AOL made me hate the internet for 4 years, becuase of how slow it was. AOL is not something you want, they are liars and have nothing good about them. If you have AOL, do everything you can to get rid of it.

DSL does rule.
Verison DSL does rule.
I just hate the lag that happens all too often.
Oh, and G-Dawg, that happens when AOL refuses to exist anymore, which I say is ten billion years from now, which is when the sun goes into a supernova.
