A few days ago the second person from my graduation class of 2008 has died.  Both were this year, and both were by their own hands.  They decided to hang themselves.  Neither of them had any relations to each other, other than knowing each other.  I just can't believe it.  They were both weren't bad kids in any aspect.  The thing I don't understand is that I've been to some pretty dark places, in fact scratch that, extremely dark.  I can't imagine their's being any darker.  I guess the first one did it because he saw an ex-girlfriend at a bar with some other dude.  He left behind a 3 year old daughter.  Now the only thing I can think about is how that little girl is going to grow up knowing her dad killed himself, and that she wasn't good enough to live for.

I just follow the golden rule, treat everybody as you want to be treated.  I've met some interesting people on the street by being kind, people from Egypt, Nepal, etc.  All colours, all nationalities.

I wouldn't have a problem with them if their ideals hadn't hijacked the BSA.  I can't imagine scouting can be very fun as you move towards the middle of the country.

I had a dream my vice-principal from when I was in high school was running a child smuggling ring for sweat shops, and that I was staking out his house for the longest time.  He was always trying to catch me getting into trouble although I caused none at all, very peculiar.  Maybe this was about some type of role reversal.

Milky Way by Syd Barrett.  He is my favorite artist of all time, although I don't listen to him as constantly as I used to.  My renewed interest is a result of reserving a copy of a 45 compilation that was made with a book filled with all the photos taken of him during his solo years.  His solo years can be described as interesting to say the least.

Wow, my legacy still running strong.

I had a lucid dream last night.  I had a dream I was living in a run down apartment, one room, simple set up.  I had a twin matress lying on a dry hard-wood floor, with a small telly sitting on a chair in front of it.  It was very hot and dry in there, making it comfortable for turantulla's to build nests in every corner of the room.  At first I didnt mind them until the really big ones started moving in.

I got so fed up with it that I had to go outside for  awhile (more of an annoyance than a fear).  I got outside and there was one just as big as the suv near me.  I crawled under the suv as it was scuffling trying to grab for me.  This is where things seemed so ridiculously unreal that I finally realized I was in a dream and I heaved the vehicle off me and floated above the the spider and wind kicked up all around.  Looking down on the beast I proceeded to summon fire from above and burn it to death.  Then I woke up.

I hereby revoke my membership from the Fungi Forums from this point on.  It was good while it lasted and met some alright people during the time I've spent here.

I just haven't the time to waste in here like I used to.  Work and generally Life nowadays are my highest priorities right now.  Not only that but the overall quality of this place, to me, has taken a turn for the worse and I think the mods and seasoned members of this board are just fighting an uphill battle.  The FF isn't providing the mentally mature stimulation I fell I need anymore.

Anyways, it was nice getting to know all of you and I wish the best to everyone.  Goodbye.

Bosco the BEAR!

Its an old feud with a really good friend of mine and still exists to this day.  It had to be about when we were 7 or 8.  There was a character on a dollar store brand syrup, he says its a dog.  But its really a bear.

I have similar "sinister UFO dreams".
Not only do I get just mere dreams like that.  Maybe a couple times a month I get sleep paralysis, and I guess one of the main side effects of that is hypnagogic hallucinations.  When it happens, I'm completely aware of my surroundings but since I can't move,  I hear things, beings, shuffling around my room behind me.  I'm never able to scream.  The most I can ever do is mumble and jerk my limbs around a little.

In the months that I've been away, I've noticed a shift in the way I perceive my dreams as I am in them.  They've switched from being almost completely narrative to being extremely emtional.  Moments of extreme terror, happiness, confusion and awe.

One that is repetative is one where its late at night and I am home all alone laying on my living room floor looking out the window above me.  In highly relaxed state, my bliss quickly turns to unadulterated terror when I can see this spinning cube come across the sky over the distant hillside.  The only thing that comes to my mind is" Not now.  Why?  They're back again."  And then I waken.  As if I already realize the horrors in store for me.

Wow.  I really love being trapped in my car being rendered useless by a couple redneck scumbags from Oregon for something I didn't even do.  They even saw me before I got into my car, but waited until I was in it to tell me they were going to beat the crap out of me.
Thank God I have good friends, strong ones too.

While it's obviously really, really bumming me out that Movie Gallery/Hollywood Video/Game Crazy are folding, it did give me a chance to pick up Rock Band 2, Guitar Hero: Smash Hits, Darksiders, and Dante's Inferno for under $85 last night. Next: Movies!
I can only express my discontent for "Dante's Inferno" because I've read and own most of Dante's poetry (The Inferno, Purgitorio, and Paradisimo).  It isn't true to the story, Dante wasn't a warrior in the physical sense but in the spiritual sense.  I cannot bring myself to buy this game, no matter how good it is.

In other news.  While, again, walking along the path of my creek I saw a family of Minks.  They were very dark brown.  This made me pretty happy.
