Well, I decided to start a thread, get an idea of what's hot right now amongst the other forumers (forumnites?). For this weekend (5/5/07-5/6/07) will be playing Animal Crossing DS, and maybe some Mario Strikers (My wife saw the 'Charged' trailer and is begging me to dust off the old gamecube discs). I got a good reason, two actually...

1) For my Mom's birthday, I got her Animal Crossing DS and she's been hooked. I've been having to go to her town, show her the ins and outs, and this has effectively hooked my wife and I back into the game.
2) In order to avoid that little voice in the back of my head that says "buy-a the pokemon ds jesse! It's the company's fault for making you want it!" with a sensible "Don't do it, just work on your Fishing" countered by "JUST TAKE IT-TAKE IT TAKE IT TAKE IT! TAAKE IT!"

So, we'll see how all that works out. I'll probably cave by next weekend...:P

And what are you playing?
<Kojinka> When I saw this thread back on top, I was afraid this was gonna be another pointless bump by a new member, but when I saw Super-Jesse's username, my fears were laid to rest.

I'd like to play on our 52" Hi-Def televion, but the [] dvd player is using the only other hi-def port, and everyone wants to watch dvds even though they chiped in for wii play.

As for what I'm playing (after getting done with the review just a few minutes ago) I think I'll get out Harvest Moon 64.

All I did today was surf my message boards and play my SNES. I've always been the stay at home type of person. At least I live on the top floor and keep all the windows open.

You have an iQue? I thought you could only get them in China.
Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

Maybe Luigison imported it.

Yesterday, I played a little bit of Twilight Princess and WarioWare: Smooth Moves. I just finished playing some TP right now (I finished the heart peice sidequest!)

I imported the iQue because I wanted to play N64 games without the strange N64 controller.  For the iQue I have Dr. Mario, Ocarina, SM64, Wave Race, and SF64.  I also have several imported GCN, GBA, and DS games.

On tap this weekend:

Um....Man, I can't imagine what game I'll be playing. Probably some Mario Kart DS. We should have like a TMKFriday where go to the chatroom, share FCs, and battle it out on various wi-fi games. I'd make it Mario wi-fi games, but that'd mean we'd race, share levels, and uh...play Tetris DS. And that last one only sorta counts :P

Quite possibly Super Paper Mario, though I might dig out the ol' 64 and play the one that started all this paper-ness...

Play Pokémon Pearl just like I have been everyday since my boyfriend got the game for me. I should probably track down the ones that are only in Pearl and trade them over to him (he has Diamond).
Fangirling over Luigi since 1999.

Nothing but insane "Battle of the Clones" kind of battles on SSBM (while I wait for Brawl.)
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

I beat the Pit of 100 Trials in Super Paper Mario. All thanks to Luigi's awesome Super Jump. Honestly, I didn't think I'd actually play it this weekend, but I did and got my reward. The Pit seriously has me hooked on the game again.

As of recently, I've been playing the Super Game Boy a lot. Wario Land and Kirby Pinball Land in particular.

Almost a month, and I'm still hooked on Pokemon Diamond. I'm currently trying to max out my current team alongside my Fire Red & Colosseum team for an upcoming tournament.

Also beefing up my stats in Super Paper Mario for the Flopside Pit of 100 Trials (alrerady cleared the Sammer Guy Tournament and Flipside's Pit of 100 Trials).

Not to mention the other incomplete games I have in the backlog, which probably won't be picked up until Summer.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

I'm in kind of an old-timey mood recently. I've just started a new Earthbound game, so that's been eating up a good amount of my time. (I'm trying to replay all my RPGs, and do them right, rather than run away from battles going 'Aiiiie' like I used to XD). I've also been playing a LOT of Super Puzzle Fighter too, with my younger cousins who came to visit. (Poor things, no videogames at home.)

[Ps: My first post! Hi everyone!]

In SPM I beat the first pit, completed some maps, and some other fetch quests.  I can't remember who/where I'm supposed to get the paper signed though.

It's what's-her-name, whom you meet after beating Fracktail.

Incidentally, Super Paper Mario has far too many 100s in it.
