This is the exact contemporary pop/rock drivel my classmates are into. Add Devil Wears Prada to this cavalcade of crap and you have our student body's playlist.
Your student body playlist is all Christian rock? Where do you go to school again?

A Christian school, true, but those whiny groups are godawful (pardon the pun) and barely Christian anyway.

I've got these hipster-ish girls in front of me in third period who spend pretty much the whole period looking at stuff on bands like Never Shout Never and 3OH3! on the internet. Meanwhile, the guy in front of them is this obnoxious, rude jerk who doesn't really do much except refute the girls' opinions on who's hot and not with his own thoughts on who is "hella fine" (to my memory, the list includes no-one I would remotely consider attractive).

My cousin, who is a big Splinter Cell fan, was a bit miffed to learn that Conviction won't be on the PS3.

But Sam Fisher apparently agrees.

Incidentally, that AlphaBounce game on DSiWare is related to the one Glorb posted about a while back. Theoretically, it shouldn't suffer from the same problems that game did, but I won't play it regardless.

Fire Bad! – Alex Neuse

Alex Neuse?

I once worked for that guy.
How weird.

Really? Doing what?

For my money, the BIT.TRIP games are the best things on WiiWare by far. So I tip my hat to the fellow.

It was while I was working in the only industry game design job I've ever had, as a level designer/2D artist for a company called Santa Cruz Games.  He was hired on as the project leader at the time.

Beat City looks like something I might want to play but there sure isn't much info about it out there.

For ShadowBrian this week we have Surviving High School.
