'Plants vs. Zombies' describes the premise of the game, but that premise is wacky. Thus the title is wacky by extension.

Also, "Infinite Undiscovery" sounds like the name of a band.

I've said it at least once, if you name something "Bravely Default" you're not allowed to touch English ever again

Why not? It's a grammatically-sensible adverb+verb.

It's not much worse than "Donkey Kong".

Here's still hoping that game gets a release outside of Japan... under a different name.

Good one.  Reminded me of "Infinite Undiscovery."

Example: "The current student loan system is unsustainable and can't last much longer. Just bravely default on yours and the consequences shouldn't end up too punishing."

Am I not allowed to touch English ever again?

That isn't the game's title anyway. It's Bravely Default Flying Fairy. Big difference.

Also, I like how Luigison mentioned Infinite Undiscovery as if multiple posts before him didn't already do so.

Well, I guess I'd rather people begged for attention with vaguely pretentious and/or Engrish mashups than lolspeak and use of the word "epic".

That reminds me, isn't there a game called "Infinite Undiscovery" or something like that?

KH3D is really good.  Not quiteas good as Re:coded, but the Command Deck mechanic shines as usual, making combat a blast, if rather difficult.  The one thing I was surprised to see as its weak point is the soundtrack, which doesn't really have a single memorable track so far apart from its iteration of "Dearly Beloved" and its reuse of a couple themes from BbS.  Did Yoko Shimomura actually even compose this one?

From the developers of Scribblenauts comes Hybrid, a weird 3v3 third-person shooter where you don't directly control your movement.

Persona 4 Arena, Sound Shapes, and "March of the Dreadnoughts" for me this week.

Great week with Darksiders II, The Last Story, Papo & Yo.

Nightwish comes to RB, bringing some rare symphonic metal to the fold.

The Theatrhythm songs are good, too. "This is the Last Battle" has a really playful swing after the into and "The Darkness of Eternity" with "We Will Rock You" drums and rock organ mania.

This was unexpected.

Also, I should have my copy of The Last Story in a few hours. Maybe I'll play it this year!
