Ah yes,

I love how the number goes from 35000, to 45000, to 20000.

I decided a while ago that, as a general rule, pessimists are right, but optimists are happy. I wish I could switch sides.

My dad came home from the hospital a week ago, but then he got dehydrated big time and had to go back. Now he's having his bowels removed...

I lol'd, not at her dad's suffering, but at the sentence itself.

On a different subject, I found out that the girl I like already has a boyfriend. Appearantly at my school, Looks > Personality.

Now that you mention it, I probably wouldn't mind if this was happening to my biological dad rather than my step-dad. Maybe then I'd get all my stuff back. But seriously. My step-dad is just about the sweetest guy I know and it's terrible that this happened.

A true optimist or pessimist simply believes himself to be a realist. So you might still be one.

So yesterday I was working on a video project for my fourth period class when I saw this random notebook lying near me. In most cases I would've ignored it but in this case there was a picture of a magical schoolgirl eating chocalate, so I figured maybe it had moar pics. I open it and I'm exposed to the largest amount of stereotype and fail I've ever read. The owner wrote a bunch of sad poetry in the first couple of pages, and had doodled that butt ugly demon thing from Death Note, who I only recognized because of the mascara and the apples. He also had a list of things to do before he died, which included among many things, "beat up a jock", "burn a church" and "teach martial arts in Japan". The one that angered me the most though, was "meet Lewis Black and have a political conversation with him".

Clearly someone is trying to push my buttons. Thankfully, I'll have Mario Kart soon.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

Fixed, sadly.
No no, college is much better, and real life sometimes is a bit more bearable than high school.
