auuuughh, my microwave is busted and I'm forced to actually cook on my stove for the first time in my life. Worst, there's no girl to do it for me.

Oh well, I was tired of eating Hot Pockets and instant noodles, and the prices for fast food in Long Beach are insane. I am not paying 10 dollars for 2 pieces of chicken ever again.

Come to think of it, didn't Deezer (or someone here) have a signature that said something along the lines of "I'd love to be in the same room as the person that needs to consult the microwave insturctions on a box of Pop-tarts." Mabey that was somewhere else..

I'm a little bit ticked at most of the people who work below me. Me and another person were supposed to work today, but she showed up and looked like she'd been sick. I told her to go home, and she stayed long enough for me to call someone else in.

This other person already had plans for today, but did come to the mall. She showed up long enough for me to do somethings that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to do alone, then she was gone. I've been here all day by myself, and while it hasn't been really busy (like it was the Saturday before Father's Day) it's been busy enough that I accidentaly burned a pan of stuff that had been cooking.

I hope nobody else asks for days off in the near future.. we are already close to firing one guy that we just hired. First he said he can't work weekends, then he said he could, and then he can't work this weekend because his mother is sick. If anybody else needs days off, they aren't going to get them, save for life threatening situations.

Sorry to double post..

I'm not trying to sound racist, but why are black people so picky? We've had several people today that wanted fresh packs. We don't usually make fresh packs unless we run out of other packs. The rolls are good for up to a week. This one woman stood there for ten minutes debating whether to get a pack or just a couple of rolls. She wanted me to give her four of them from the hot-plate, but if I do that, I have to charge for four individual rolls instead of a four pack.

She finally just gave up and got two of them, but complained the entire time about me not being able to give her what she wanted. I know the customer is supposed to be always right, but there are some things that I just can't do!

I don't know of any white people who are that picky, unless it's a white person trying to act like a black person. Again, I'm not trying to be/sound racist.

I think you're being paranoid or oversensitive or something. Plenty of white people are picky as heck where I work.
That was a joke.

As a white man I definitely would not want to eat week-old reheated rolls.

We don't actually keep them on the display for a week. We change them out after two days on the display.

Maybe I am being overly paranoid, but that is the only kind of black person that seems to stop at our store, save for one woman who works at Dillards..

Couldn't track down a decent facepalm gif, but yeah... it would go here.

There are a lot of people with plenty of impulse-buy money and not much discrimination in taste.
Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

The point is, I know a million better places to find a combination of guns and boobs.

What I don't understand is why Toad keeps working retail if he hates the abuse he has to put up with. There are plenty of other jobs out there that don't require having to deal with random people who buy your stuff on a daily basis. You mentioned you were attending college or something similar right? Why not see if you can find a job through them? They probably have some listings on their website or something.

I also witnessed a video so vile and pathetic that had me wondering how long society will keep catering to the most hyper-sensitive individuals. I am of course, talking about overgrown man-babies who have access to the internet. Video in question is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5O7HWBBbEGU
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

My mother didn't let me go to Knotts Scary Farm because there was a change of plans where my friends dad couldn't take us. Another parent was going but my mother still denied my exiting of the front door. Whats even worse was the radio's taunting of me all this morning. Knotts Scary Farm advertisements and free tickets all over the radio!

Hahaha at the video Mr. Wiggles posted. The most of a complaint the guy can think of is "this is NOT WORKING VERY WELL!!!!"
That was a joke.

Was something in particular wrong there? The comments didn't strike me as any more inane than most of the Internet's blog entry comments.

It's not the comments, it's the... well, I guess I should've given a direct link to the video.

Well, folks, with Mega Man 9 came Splash Woman, and with Splash Woman came... you guessed it, dirty pictures. Why do perverts with pencils feel compelled to hypersexualize every female videogame character, forcing me to spend hours looking at them?

lolwut. Yeah. When I type in something like Mario Art in Google, half of it is sex or porn. Annoying.
