This thread has made me realise how inaccurate my self portraits are. And also the fact that I've been drawing every single one of them backwards, because I look in a mirror for reference...

Ignoring the backwardsness, it's pretty good. And you managed to draw it in a way that it doesn't look weird flipped.

Also, it is not uncool to resemble a video game character unless you totally hate them. I'd probably kill myself if I looked like Birdo.

Your user name is one letter off from being "Birdo Person". Fancy that.

It's also one letter off from Bird Persona. And Bird Pearson.

I am really, really tired of this. My dad has known about my fallout from faith for quite a while now. And yet, he still makes me get up Sunday mornings, put on dress clothes, and sit in church for 3 hours. It is doing nothing for my lack of faith.

When I question him about it, he says "It's MY right for YOU to go to church!"

No! I don't want that!

I'd say "I know how you feel" but my dad, despite being extremely religious, has never made me go to church.

My dad used to grudgingly oblige to attending church, but has refused to go ever since a few members began speaking in tongues, which is apparently too strange for him to handle.

My dad is now claiming that I'm being lazy by having a lack of faith.
No! I don't want that!

That's saddening, knowing that Christians are called to exhibit our faith through love. Well, I for one will be praying for you, guy.

You're praying for him to escape church?

That's awesome.
