Game Help / Mario Bros 3!

Hey guys,
I just picked up Mario Bros 3 for NES the other day for the heck of it and for the life of me I can't beat the last mini-castle before Bowser's castle in the last world! You know, those mini-castles that unlock the locks? I would use that cloud thing that lets you skip levels but I stupidly used them all already. If any of you guys can dig in those memory banks of yours and help me out that'd be nice. My P-wings are gone, too. My head is seriously going to explode.
