Aww, I loved Snowboard Kids!  The AI was pretty bad though.  The sequel was much less annoying AI-wise although the final race against--er, who was it against?  Damien in a giant robot?--that race was **** near impossible.  You had to make every move perfectly to win.  It got to the point where within the first ten seconds of the race I could tell whether or not I would ever catch up to him, and would continue or restart accordingly.

Actually the 150cc races in DD are like that   for me, too.

What's up with your signature, dude?

I noticed that too about MKDD.  I mean I wasn't very good at it anyway (heh) but I would always get screwed over just as I was about to win, in some weird way that a human opponent wouldn't have been able to pull off.  The AI karts also recover from setbacks a lot faster than they should--like if I fall into a hole at some point near the end, I'm probably not going to end up in any place higher than third or so, but an opponent kart will be right back in first about 30 seconds later.  It kills me.

Oh my god, I just read this whole topic.  It took like an hour.  *sizzle*

I think you are a very hard worker Shawne!  Maybe I will draw Lady Bow and Ribbon for you, hee.

*snksnk*  You are so strange, Birdo.  Sometimes I wonder if there's some sort of prescription you take before you log on here and comment in the threads . . .

I never bought SMS because after a rental or two I decided to didn't like it--but now I want to hear Bowser's "sissy" voice, heh.  Maybe I can find a clip online.  Any help, guys?

It has changed recently though and I liked it better then than I do now.  It used to sound more like an animal roaring; now it sounds like a person imitating an animal roaring.  Just listen to SSBM vs. MK:DD.  It's annoying.

It is on topic though.  It's all about the positive reinforcement.  *grin*

I bet Waluigi wants a game of his own for crimbo.  This isn't to say I want him to have one. . . . (Ah, who am I kidding, I'd play it.  I'm Nintendo's b--slave.)

Yes, that--it makes all your posts so long-winded.  Also we have different senses of humor, but I can't really hold that against you.

Whoa, lighten up Double G.  I didn't even say I was bludgeoning myself over your post, heh.  Admittedly part of it was because of the spelling (which was apparently intentional, not that that excuses it) but a lot of it of it was Trainman's irritating play-by-play.

*extends hand*  Fresh start!  Welcome, GiftedGirl.

That wasn't the cat, was it?  No, that was Bubsy.  Man, I loved Bubsy.  Only the first game though--all the sequels were horrible.  But I'd love a copy of the original, it was hilarious.

The Super Nintendo has probably been my favorite of all the systems I've had, for pure fun value.  I still pop in SMW, SMW2, SMRPG, SMAS, and the first two DKC games.  Brilly.

One of the weirdest SNES games I ever played was called Smart Ball.  Or possibly Smartball.  Has anyone else heard of that?  It was . . . bizarre beyond belief, but addictive.  I never owned it but would rent it again and again, and I never beat it.

I don't know, it looks a bit too close to his eyes to be a mouth to me.  Maybe you're right though.

I like Skolar too, and Misstar, because she smacked down Kolorado.  Heh.

Kalmar looks like Hitler.

It's SMB/DH for me, too.  I was pretty little, maybe 6 or younger, and my whole family would sit around this little TV (we had a separate one for the Nintendo, don't ask me why) and all take turns playing the game.  I couldn't get very far either but I did find all the hidden 1-ups because for a long time I didn't realize you could just walk or run--I thought you had to jump everywhere, heh.  (I fell down pits a lot.)

I don't think I actually beat SMB until I was in my mid-teens, come to think of it.
