What about major MMOs, like World of Warcraft and such?

I play Runescape and I have to say that it's cool. There is so many things to do. After you're bored, become a member for $5 and have even more things to do! Also, Runescape is one of the major MMORPG's. Since this is based on opinions obviously, one of them can't actually be the best.

The Mario series is the best! It has every genre in video games but RTS'! It also has a plumber who does different roles, a princess, and a lot of odd creatures who don't seem to poop!

Way to exclude Final Fantasy XI, Guild Wars, World of WarCraft, and MapleStory, not to mention any others that I can't think of at the moment...

I think it's supposed to be Battle of the Ostensibly Free MMO that kids with no credit cards play. So yeah, MapleStory should be up there but not those others.

I still have nightmares from trying Dungeon Runners thanks to Boo_penguin. *shudders*

I'm surprised this guy didn't have the sense to include Webkinz up there. Maybe it's because you have to buy a stuffed animal before you can get access to it?

What about Kingdom of Loathing? Or do you have to pay for that?

Yep, KoL would go great on this list.

I would've mentioned KoL if it weren't more of a single-player RPG with a few multiplayer elements.

Someone here linked me a text adventure, and that was pretty fun.  I don't remember what or where it was.  It's cheap how you always just wake up or are standing in a field.

I'd go with none because MMORPG's bore me.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

Zork? Like, standing in a field, west of a white house?
