Yeah, I'd have to say any company who will give you $360 worth of stuff (heheheh) if they render your system inoperable themselves is a company to follow.
Unlike the RRoD issue, where (in the US) Microsoft famously makes sure to replace out-of-region 360s with the model for the proper region, meaning users with Japanese 360s aren't screwed out of $350 if their system dies, there may be cause for alarm for users with foreign systems affected by this. Hopefully not, though.
