How come when first get to the front page of the fungi forums, I sign in and it doesn't go through but when I do it on the page where it says: Problem, please enter password again, it goes through? This has been going on for me for about 1 week and a half now. Please reply ASAP

Dunno... it happened to me to when I logged out once... maybe an admin/mod can shed some light upon it...

Solution: Don't log out. I never log out. You can turn off your computer and not log out, and next time you vivsit you'll still be in.

The problem here lies in the difference between

http://www.themushroomkingdom.net/board

and

http://themushroomkingdom.net/board

The initial link to the forums goes to the one with www, but you can only log in through the one without.

I also found out that if you exit out of the FFs while you're still logged in, your online status stays for about 10 - 15 minutes(as it says). But if you log out of the FFs, the online status goes away as soon as you log out. I noticed that when pt_peach PMed me and her status went away quickly.

That's because the server checks only periodically if someone is active. It can't go checking every second!

One thing I've noticed but never mentioned: Going to this link, http://www.themushroomkingdom.net/board/, it says "Weclome, Guest! Please log in. Blah, blah, blah..." But when I choose a board, It says, "Hey, DeadAwake, you have 14 messages, you're so cool." Why am I not logged in at the main page?

It's a problem with what Fifth said. If someone would change the link to the second one, it would be fine.

When I click the first link, the browser, Netscape, and Interent Explorer, converts it so the "www." isn't there.

I always go to the WWW though, and it works fine for me. I am never logged out.

btw, I use Internet Explorer 6.0.2900.2180 (Seriously)

And I use Mozilla Firefox. You guys helped me a lot. I stay logged in, now.
