This requires a little MS Paint:
1 & 2 : Just hit them.
3 : Use a smash attack to hit the target through the wall.
4 : Just jump up there and hit it.
5 : You can leap from 4's platform and do a flutter jump under the wall, then attack it. I think you can also use the moving platform.
6 : Just land and attack it.
7 & 8 : Leap into the air and throw eggs to hit these two.
9 : You'll have to throw an egg downwards to hit this one; once you've pressed up+B, hold down to aim downwards.
10 : Take a leap of faith from the platform and attack in the air. If you can't board the platform, try double-jumping against the plane above it.
And that's all ten.
