That's not even true.

well it kind of is because the wii has a region lock and the nintendo 64 has two blocks of plastic on the bottom of the cartrige that doesn't allow it to fit into an american console unless you sod them off which can be very risky to making the game unplayable due to not being able to fit in any console!

??? You don't do anything to the games to make them play on an American system (you could take out those bits of plastic but why?), all you have to do is take the plastic tabs off the N64, which is not risky at all.
And region locks are rarely 100% unavoidable.
That was a joke.

The DS and the GBA are region-free, and a Freeloader is available for the GCN. The only downside to the GCN Freeloader is that games which use the Japanese text straight from the console (Yoshi's Cookie from NPC) appear as glitchy-looking text-mess.

And Wii is region free through homebrew.

Your right I could use homebrew software but thats very dangerous to your console and it definitely voids the warranty.

Well I've never really had any experience using homebrew.  I thought about trying it for my PSP but I decided not to because the risks are just to high when I was going through the instructions.  Maybe I will do it for the Wii if you tell me what to do and there is NO hardware modding or anything to do with hardware at all!
