When I saw
this, my first reaction was an almost vocalized "what the hell?" Let's go over some ground rules for marketing here, as I'm apparently the only one aware of them:
-Do not hire the head of a pizza chain to be a prominent power in a major videogame company.
-Do not publicly call one of your own products "laughable" and "not worth $50".
-Do not announce a game at a console's inception, delay it inevitably, and then "maybe" release it worldwide when it's already finished.
-If you must violate all of the above rules, do not have the bulky, manly-looking pizza-head spend two years praising incredibly lame and childish games and then blatantly diss his own company's attempt at something that'll entertain a few more gamers than usual.
I'm not getting
Disaster, but I know plenty of people want it. Besides, it's the principle that counts.
