Snorlax. Nothing moves the Blob but he is only a bit bigger than some people. Snorlax is several times a person's size and undoubtedly contains more fat. Though, you could call fatness a relative thing--there are no thin Snorlax, so any particular one could be considered only pudgy compared to the average size, while The Blob is considerably large compared to normal people.

Oh, this is a tough one. I would've factored Wario into this equation (though I'm not sure he'd even fit because he's so fat), but I'm gonna have to say The Blob because he continues to get fatter and fatter every time they draw him. Snorlax seems to stay the same (only because japanese artists tend to be more consistent with how they draw their characters).

My interpretation of Snorlax comes from Smash Bros., where he is definitely fatter than The Blob.
That was a joke.

Snorlax hands down. He's a gigantic pillow...Zzzz.

You are all obviously giant n00bs because The Blob as part of his powers can alter his mass to nealy inconceivable levels where only THE HULK can move him

whereas

SNORLAX weighs 1014.1 lbs...

That's cheating. That's like Roadrunner getting into the Fat Shark to beat Sonic.

Mass doesn't equal fatness.
That was a joke.

Okay, so we are going by actual amount (i.e., mass) of fat tissue only?

Hmm.

First, we must consider whether SNORLAX is actually made of normal animal parts, because he looks like just a giant smooth fake thing. Upon further review I realized that SNORLAX posses the ability to use THICK FAT. Clearly then, both The Blob and SNORLAX can be assumed to consist of actual fat.

SNORLAX height is listed 2.1 m. He's roughly a circle so that puts his approximate volume at 3.6 m³.

The Blob's height is 5'10" or 1.78 m. I think he's also about a circle (a little taller than thick for body, but adding the limbs evens that out) so his volume is 2.2 m³.

SNORLAX weighs 1014.1 lbs.

The Blob weighs 510 lbs (not using gravity field power).

SNORLAX density is thus 1014.1 lbs/3.6 m³ = 282 lbs/m³.

Blob density is 510 lbs/2.2 m³ = 232 lbs/m³.

Looks like SNORLAX is undeniably fatter.

Snorlax is fatter.  That is all.

Some of Snorlax's 1,000+ frame could be muscle. He can't be all fat, right? I guess the same can be said for Blob though.

Can't be, its attack stat hardly stands out. It's not bad, but not good either.

We can all agree that Snorlax can at least move, correct? His body must contain some portion of muscle.

Snorlax can digest the blob unless, of course the blob eats the Snorlax first!

But stats aren't necessarily any indicator; you'd think its defense would be great with all that blubber, but that stat is pitiful.
