How do I unlock the staff ghosts in Time Trials? For some reason I only have Figure Eight Circut staff ghost...

Can anyone tell me how to get the rest?

That's about it! They do exist for every course.

Uh, so I just have to get a good time on the levels and I unlock them? But, I have already beat some staff ghosts' time before I unlocked them! (I know because I checked the times on Mario Kart DS High Scores)

You have to make a time close or past the staff ghost's time in order to unlock the data. Some requirments are different but if you snake it should be no problem.

Here's something weird: My best time for Figure-8 Circuit is 1:41:208, but the Staff Ghost's time is 1:36:481. I have the ghost, but I didn't beat it. Same thing with the Moo Moo Farm Staff Ghost, The Banshee Boardwalk Staff Ghost, and the Sky Garden Staff Ghost. I have the ghosts, but I'm not as good as them.

Yeah, I remembered all of the shortcuts there. I remember a HUGE not-supposed-to-be shortcut in "Ribbon Road" on Super Circut. They didn't put it on the DS one, though.

The mushroom on the first big jump! Biggest shortcut ever, probably, except maybe the jump off Rainbow Road onto a lower level shortcut in MK64

Ah, yeah I remember that MK64 Rainbow Road one... I tried that on my DS version. Didn't turn out to my liking.

Heh, if you get hit or stop moving when upside down on a loop-de-loop in the new RR, you'll fall... up.gravity is still in effect.

..Which is why I always save bananas and fake item boxes to put on the loop-de-loops X_x
