Ive seen all these mushrooms like 1-UP,Red & Poison Mushrooms on the side of all topics.What do they all mean???

All mushrooms are red for several weeks, despite new posts made = The forum is broken again.

If Deezer comes in here, finds a topic with a big flame war, or one that is really Spammy he can lock the topic.  This means no new posts ca be made in the topic, and no posts can be edited.
