Serebii's current Pokemon of the Week is pretty brutal. Sure, Delcatty sucks, but "a normal cat would be more effective" is harsh, mang.

I've got a Shiftry that will annoy the crap out of anyone who goes up against it. A good friend of mine created the ultimate annoyance moveset. Fake out, sucker punch, seed bomb, and explosion. Believe it or not, I've actually won quite a few competitive battles with it.
