Worst post in FF history.
Oh man, I know. I now see the error of my ways after making that post....I repent.

So.....I know this is old, but it hasn't been discussed here yet: what does everyone here think about the humanized spinoff series they're going to be doing?

What do you guys think of the character designs?

Did anyone here watch the latest episode when it leaked early? I watched it only hours ahead of the scheduled airing time.

Anyway, about the episode:

I liked it, but I wonder about something...

First, when Dash clipped her wing because they both couldn't make it down toward the red flag, did Dash have to go down there too?? Sure, the teams weren't allowed to "split apart," but I took that to mean just don't go off and leave the other behind. If Dash could just have waited right there above the pit where the flag was while Lightning Dust nabbed it, she wouldn't have gotten hurt. Surely Dash waiting above would NOT have counted as "splitting apart" since the flag was right there.

Also, where was Soarin'? Did he make an appearance? If he did I certainly didn't catch it. Maybe he was let go for harassing Spitfire and making inappropriate "pie" jokes.

Poor Dashie, she was probably looking forward to being harassed by the sexy Wonderbolt. I know *I* wouldda been.

Well, yeah, I mean

Come on

I been dreamin', I been waitin'
We all bin waitin' Turtly. I'm sure some have been dreamin' about Season 3 ponies as well...some dreams of course are....different....than others...

Also I see you have one of those avatars that keep changing. No matter HOW MANY times I refresh, I just can't escape being blinded by the hawtness...I mean....ungh.

But it's gonna take foreeeeeeever for it to be Nov 10th.
And then when the FINAL episode of the season airs, it'll feel like it went way too fast won't it? :(

Even though I'm not as hyped about the show as I was in 2011, I'm still eagerly awaiting the third season. Mostly because I thought the second season was disappointing and I want the third season to revitalize my interest in da ponies.
I didn't feel Season 2 was necessarily inferior to S1, but I did notice something. It seemed....I dunno, "louder" in a sense than S1, if that makes sense...I dunno. It didn't have something that S1 had. Like a quiet innocence or something.

Of course, this might largely be because they dropped the "e/i" standard. And considering when the second season was being worked on, for the most part they weren't even trying to cater to bronies aside from adding in Derpy (and maybe Colgate/Minuette with the Nightmare Night costume that was of a dentist, apparently)...I think.

But now not only is S3 "e/i"-less (not to mention completely Faustless; at least S2 had her as some kinda consultant or something), but now I wonder if they may try to sneak in more and more winks, nudges and handjobs to bronies.

Hey, remember that 'pony-licious' meme that bronies LOVED? Let's shoehorn it into this show somewhere....hurr hurr hurr...and let's give Trixie an annoyingly obvious love of pine cones a coltfriend named Seth...they'll be a-hootin' and a-hollerin'! Also, Rainbow Dash making a joke using the word "plot" that doesn't sound sexual, but bronies will know what she really means huh huh wink wink ;) ;)

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I think that if that happens, this show will be...........................I dare not say the word.

It's still not confirmed by The Hub, but according to an article in Entertainment Weekly it appears as though
S3 begins November 10. 23 days from now.

Who's excited

So anyway gang..........remember Bronycon: The Documentary? It's getting a pre-release screening at Equestria LA.

Article on that here:

Each ticket costs $100. You also get a Q&A with Tara Strong, Lauren Faust and others. And a free blu-ray copy in the mail when it releases for real. "Free."

Good deal? Decent deal? Somewhat steep? Other?

I can't go to EQLA anyway. Though I probably wouldn't wanna go to any convention anyway since I am not into conventions of any kind. Even if I did go to EQLA...I wouldn't buy a ticket because it's too expensive for me.

Slightly more precise release information:

Now, which day in November IS it?

My DVR hasn't been recording the new season which expect is due to a conflict or a mistaken setting.
Are you referring to the new season of MLP? If so, then it hasn't begun yet, but we're apparently less than 30 days from finding out when it'll air...

So...they posted a release date...for the release date.
