« on: June 21, 2008, 11:43:21 AM »
This is rather a random topic, but I'm tired of trying, and I'd just like to be told..."Where can I find more of those weird Mario comics?" One of them is in the Brawl Topic, right on Page 27. I remember seeing them...But I can't stand it anymore! Can someone give a Link to ALL of them?

I actually bought a few of these old Mario comics the other day at a used bookstore. I'll have to scan them.

I don't get it... how old are these? Who made them? Are we all thinking of the same comics here?

Apparently we aren't thinking of the same comics; I was thinking of the old Mario comic books that Nintendo released a long time ago. I never clicked on Chup's links, and since I now did, I have been proven wrong. But yes, I love these hilarious, weird Mario comics. Especially the Weegee/Mario one, and the Boo one.

I hate them. I thought we were talking about the Nintendo Mario comics, which were okay (despite being anime-influenced. I never would have expected to see Mario in an anime style back in the... whenever they were made... but seeing a Yoshi civilization was a big plus).

Again, I hate these weird Mario comics we're talking about. Amateur random humor.
...if by some chance this is like Monty Python humor, then I'll understand. But I don't like Monty Mol-- Monty Python either.

I can't get over the amazing expressions and hint of insanity (such as the last frame in the "Weegee!" comic).
That was a joke.

Are we talking about those German comics that mixed in lots of game series?

Mario's swervy posture reminds me of The Scream.

Mario's clawed hand really adds to his craziness in FIRE!
