Chrome is actually a pretty cool choice for someone's favorite color.

I prefer blue, but pick green a lot of times in games in honor of my lizard heritage.

Silver isn't a color you can create on a computer screen (at least with one hue).
Is chrome a color? ... Well, I guess it's as much a color as silver.

I hate questions like these. I can never pick a sole favorite from colors, movies, books, songs, bands, etc...

But if I had to pick a color, I'd say gold.

The colour grey. I know it's spelled with an "a" in the U.S., but I typically write an "e". Maybe I read too many British texts as a child. As a child I liked deep/dark purple, and as a teenager I preferred black. A quick check of my closet shows that I still like black. I also like Earth tones and have never liked bright colours or pastels.

For electronics I prefer dull gray and flat black. I don't like white, bright silver, or glossy black on electronics because of the reflections and smudges. I also don't like all the lights that are popular on modern computers. I have tape over the LEDs on my Wiimotes and other wireless controllers. For websites I prefer plain black backgrounds with grey text.

Well but of course, colors and labels don't define the true term "emo", actually it's really just a subgenre of hardcore music known as emotive hardcore. Publicity just makes "emo" into that whiny poser crap you know of today.

I think I should clarify that I don't like bright colors or pastels for clothing or home decorations. I like bright colors and pastels in games, and don't usually like dark brown or black in games. I'd much rather play a game with bright cheerful graphics than to play one that a developer has used low light levels and/or dull colors to hide graphic flaws or seemingly increase realistic views. Bright colorful games can create a reality all their own.

Traditionally, my favorite colors were always green and purple (people would inevitably ask me if I liked Barney, and I would get mad at them until after a while it didn't bother me anymore), but lately I've been warming up a lot to yellow and brown. Which is an even more unfortunate pairing of colors. Stupid color coincidences.

I also like orange.

In other news, I don't really care about having a favorite color, but I'm still keen on a good shade of blue.
