That's a pretty good point. I never really looked at the Chancellor as Peach's father, in all honesty, but rather a very close friend or something.

But anyway, you do have a point, although I don't think it's anything to really look into heavily.

And as for no one responding to your post, I know how you feel, as my two posts have been ignored. Guess I just shouldn't be impatient.

But impatientness is so fun...

Probably Super Mario Bros. 1. As much as I like 3, 1 was the first video game I ever played. It was a unique, addicting, overall FUN game that will always remain my favorite Mario title. I'm not sure if the nostalgia factor is actually higher than how good the game actually is, but to this day, it remains my favorite.

Super Mario Bros. 3 closely follows, though. That game was absolutely incredible.

That would be absolutely fantastic! Being a fan of the early Mario shows, campy as they were, I'd love to see another 'toon hit the airwaves.

I remember seeing images of Mario manga on a website of some sort. Is there a website with any specific information on it, if it does indeed exist?

I'm a manga fan, so I was just curious, I suppose...

General Chat / Don't mind yet another newbie...

Well, it appears that, after coming across this board, I decided to post. I'll probably stick around for a while, seeing as I definitely lack a life of any sort.

I've been an avid Mario gamer since I was a toddler, and have always had an interest in the good 'ol stereotypical plumber. (More specifically, his 2D games, but I appreciate the 3D versions, as well.)

I'm fairly young - merely fourteen - so I hope I'm not instantly hated. *grin*

Watch out for falling newbies... they're quite dangerous.
