I am rather jealous with you guys, I live in Europe and thus, the SMG2 gets released in summer. I really cannot wait for this game to come out as we speak. Hopefully it will exceed my expectations.

GCN compatibility would be really nice though because Wind Waker, Kirby Air Ride, and SSBM aren't any less good now than they were when they were new (unless you compare Melee to Brawl; and as far as I'm concerned, both are good for different reasons).

I certainly hope that the next Nintendo console would at least have some kind of compatibility with GCN. I personally would like to see these games to be emulated and the saved game data would go to these virtual memory cards, similar to what they did in PS3.

All right, I think that i should make an additional rule to this thread, to keep things from going stale. That new rule is: You ask a question to a member, that member answers the question and that member shall present a new question to you, and so on. So, this basically means that you don't always have to ask me questions, that is all.

@Weegee I understand how you feel, but as i said in my previous post, 8-bits sometimes can be an consciously chosen style of how you can present a game to the audience. You don't have to like it though, it is after all, your own opinion on this matter.

Alright, this time i have something interesting for you. What do you say if Nintendo would someday go back to it's roots and release Super Mario Bros. 4, an 8-bit styled game for the Wiiware service. It might be unlikely that this idea would ever come to reality, but remember that sometimes, 8-bits can be a consciously chosen style of how you can present a game to the audience. Tell me what do you think about this.

Hello guys, how are you doing.
In this thread, you can discuss about the possible future Nintendo home console, and what it would be like. With the announcement of 3DS, I had this idea in my mind for a while. Do not post anything about 3DS in this thread though, I might consider starting a thread dedicated to that console.
Anyway, I hope that you have some good ideas.
As for my ideas, I hope that there will be some great games in there, and the games would come in discs that are a combination of a Blu-Ray Disc and Nintendo's own technology, similar to what Wii did with their discs, and like Wii, it would have Virtual Console support.

Well, that is an interesting question in my opinion.
When you have that amount of money, you have the choice of spending them all on games (not recommended), or you can simply split them into two and save the other half of the amount for other things. Is this answer satisfying to you
