here you will find Sonic Jam 6 for Genesis. Its playable in Gens emulator. While not necessarily a Mario Pirate Game, it features Sonic having color pallette issues and he is in the Super Mario Bros levels from Super Mario All-Stars. (WARNING! The site is for Mature Audiences only (Swearing etc.)) The game crashes at World 4-1

EDIT: It only crashes at World 4-1 in Gens. bypass this problem with the savestate here.
