The Chicago Typewriter from RE4 may be based off of a real weapon, but regardless I'd still count it as a cool video game weapon. It has infinite ammo, and fires ten bullets a second. Each bullet does 10HP (ten times the damage of an unupgraded pistol in the game), meaning you do one hundred times the damage of a pistol a second. And it stuns most enemies really good, too.

Sounds more like a derogatory nickname for Classic Doctor Who than a weapon.
