"Satoru Iwata, the current Nintendo president, recently made some interesting comments:

- Nintendo is not going to join the other console manufacturers in making gamers pay extra for online games.

- Nintendo is investing some of their $6 billion pool towards the development of the successors to the Gamecube and Game Boy.

- Nintendo's developers are hard at work, trying to make next-generation stars to replace Mario and Pokemon.

Video Game Chat / Online Console Gaming: Good or Bad?

Online console gaming is really a new area for consoles, but is it really all that great?  Microsoft is putting a lot of effort in their 'Xbox Live Junk' and Sony is just beginning.  Nintendo, though, sees it not to be profitable at the moment.  Would you like more online games for GCN?  That and talk in general about online gaming here.

Yeah, so I can't design a flawless RPG, oh well.

I've tried this elsewhere, and it's worked out OK.

Rules: I post a fight between 2 major video game characters (Mario, Link, Kirby, Rayman, Crash, Spyro, etc) and you judge which one would prevail in a fight with their own respective moves. We get 10 votes, see who's winning, and the victor goes on to another fight, etc.  Afte the 10 votes, anyone can choose who the victor will battle.  You can only vote once.  And if you post a battle, you can't vote for that battle.  Understand?

Let's begin!

Well, I read all the Mario's High School Days, and I think there should be more Mario adventures.

If anyone would care to know, I am in the process of writing a Mario Story (a short story right before the events in SMS) and I'll send it to Deezer soon (I guess).

I'm sure some of you out there can right a great Mario story.
