smfan is right about marioguy. I remember seeing his posts. UVG also was annoying, but he recently returned as TLW, with new mannerisms.

TLW? Is that an abbreviation, or an actual username? I haven't seen anyone around with the username of "TLW"....

Cheating in a game you're playing with yourself isn't wrong at all, though it may spoil the game experience (you're not properly winning if you cheat). If you've already beaten a game and you just want to do weird and interesting stuff with it using cheat codes, then go for it.

I think that advertisement was in another country, though, so it likely doesn't have the racist overtones that it would carry in the U.S. Remember that it was in the U.S. that blacks were formerly slaves.

I still think the advertisement is stupid, though.


Some people need to get serious here. From what I've seen of Fairemaster's doings, he wasn't nearly as annoying or obnoxious as certain other former members of this board. Just look up marioguy's posts with the forum search engine.

I heard about that video on another forum. It turned out that the guy was just trying to make people mad; he didn't really think that stuff about the DS and PSP. In fact, he might have made a similar thing bashing the PSP, but my memory is foggy on that point.

I think the Rare games are better. And the graphics have little to do with why I like them. Mr. Wiggles's earlier post about summed up why I like them. All of the DKC games and (especially) DK64 are positively amazing.

The early Nintendo ones are good too, but I still think the Rare ones are better. (I haven't played a lot of the newer ones.)

I completely fail to understand how someone could think DK64 was not fun. The collecting was made enjoyable by the game's incredible variety.

DK's name is pure genius. It isn't stupid at all. And a name change for him is about the last thing that's called for now, after all the games that have been made about him.

Good gosh, am I the only one here who uses the SMF Default? A major problem I have with the normal TMK theme is that it doesn't even have the option for avatars; don't ask me why.
