Here are the rules. Each day you give one character a boot and one a vote. Each character starts out with 5 points. When the character reaches 0 they are eliminated. A boot removes one vote and a vote and one vote :P

1. Mario - 5
2. Luigi - 5
3. Peach - 5
4. Bowser - 5
5. Yoshi - 5
6. Baby Bowser - 5
7. Wario - 5
8. Waluigi - 5
9. Daisy - 5
10. Koopa - 5
11. Paratroopa - 5
12. Lakitu - 5
13. Goomba - 5
14. Thwomp - 5
15. Whomp - 5
16. Geno - 5
17. Mallow - 5
18. Dr. Mario - 5
19. Virus - 5
20. Star - 5
21. Lakilester - 5
22. Goombario - 5
23. Spiny - 5
24. Cheep Cheep - 5
25. Donkey Kong - 5
26. Samus (for an added touch) - 5

There should be a lot of people since this is the elimination game.

Vote: Dr. Mario
Boot: Baby Bowser

Start eliminating!!!!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I don't think this system will work. If you add a vote to somebody and remove one from somebody else every time, the total number of points will always stay the same. And since I see 26 characters with 5 points each, one character would need to get all 130 to win, and I doubt any one character has that much overwhelming support at this board.

Most elimimation rounds work because the number of points continuously goes down until only one person has any left, but this would take a god-awful long time, if at all, for anyone to win.

CashCrazed, you don't get it. Once the person gets down to 0 points then they are eliminated and can't be brought back up. And TEM, link is unMario-related (I just added Samus for the heck of it)

The same person can have more than one vote so long as they limit their vote to once a day, right? I think that's how they do it in other places.

Here's another vote from me. If I can't vote again, don't count it.

I agree with CashCrazed. It is POSSIBLE that everybody but 1 character could be eliminated eventually, but it is also possible that the votes could cycle endlessly back and forth. Might I suggest an alternate system henceforth, whereby a vote in favor gets a character +1 point and a vote against gets a character -2 points? Regardless:

boot - Daisy
