On Chocolate I sland 2, how do you get all the dragon coins?

Well... on the first screen, I think you have to get over 8 coins to have a chance at one of the coins, and have quiite a bit of time (No more than 250 seconds though) to get another. The 5th is only obtainable if you get the first 4. I mean, I haven't played SMW for a while.
