I'm with LD and Fifth, but I do take stats into account and try out the different characters to get a feel for who I'm best with. With the Mario Karts games, though, I already have an idea of what stats I'm best with: karts with high acceleration. I value that higher than top speed, tracking, weight, etc. Since I can't have good "everything," I like decent tracking/drift (not Peach), not horrible top-speed (not Dry Bones), and decent items. Weight doesn't really play much of a factor in my decision, but I prefer to not have a really light weight. Yoshi in the Cucumber fits most with what I prefer, so that's who and what I choose--and am best with.

I've consistently been best with Yoshi in all the Mario Karts except Double Dash!!.

Pretty much, I'll compromise top-speed for acceleration and weight for items. The rest is fine in the middle.

I voted for Mario because he is usually the most well-balanced character and he's Player One, so it's easy for me to remember who I'm playing as.

I think if it was bolied right down to it, Luigi is most likely the best. But I still like Donkey Kong.

R.O.B the robot? He's an old toy that Nintendo created in the 80's to entertain children. Some people thought it sucked, but today, they're a collectors item. He's a secret character in MKDS, like Waluigi and Daisy.

While Dry Bone's Dry Bomber is my favorite cart, I always use Waluigi as my driver. Acctually, it's more like I use Waluigi 99.9% of the time, unless I feel compelled to try out another driver. Which ... obviously, that doesn't happen much. But I'm best with a cart that has supperb ecceleration, and so I sometimes use Yoshi's Egg 1 or Cucumber. And although I've used the Zipper now and then, I'm really not that good with it ... I just like how it looks. XD
