Hey, they said they just wanted the song. Besides, Nintendo doesn't even make soundtracks anymore (Twilight Princess bonus CDD aside)

Dot dot dot.
Instead of that why don't you just play Twilight Princess and go to the Cave of Ordeals till you get to a Great Fairy... yeesh.
Couldn'tve said it better myself. She looked like she had some kind of birth defect, for crying out loud. (on a seperate note... *Homer voice* Mmm... humanoid Midna...)

As for Peach's panties, I went to one of those elementary schools where there was always at least one person going around who, if you brought it up, insisted you could see her baring it all in Super Smash Bros. or Mario Party if you paused it at the right point. Lord knows some lonely little programmer may have slipped something into the ROM of one game or another, but I suppose aside from Melee (I mean, with those camera controls, how couldm you NOT be able to see... it...them?), Americans are going to have to go without panty shots.

...At least until the even MORE mature Brawl. Zero Suit Samus, anyone?

Mario Chat / Re: SPM Character Discussion
« on: April 29, 2007, 11:44:09 AM »
It's really hard to pick which character(s) I love the best, but I think the over-the-top Sammer Guys and their weird Nintendo references for names take the cake (I can only get to about Guy #40-something...).

Honestly, I think the Paper Mario references in Francis's secret room(s) were a little much.

...Oh, and Dimentio was delightfully psychotic. He reminded me of Zant from Twilight Princess in terms of attitude and that part where you chase him through different levels.

Scientificaly speaking, if you convert the average amount of dirt a woodchuck chucks (they're groundhogs under a different name) while digging tunnels and homes underground into standard wood, it equates into about 700 pounds of wood. And woodchucks can chuck wood. But they mostly just nibble on it if you give it to them in captivity.

Too much to handle?

Mario Chat / Re: Gods... (SPM Spoilers)
« on: April 29, 2007, 11:33:43 AM »
Yeah, that whole seventh chapter was... oddly awesome, in a Greek mythology sense (whatever everyone above me said). Gods? Maybe, but nobody ever uses the word "god" or "pray". Hey, cheer up, they've got a dang church in part of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

Mario has no religion, unless you think stars falls under scientology.

I don't really recall the tune in question, but to paraphrase Francis, videogame soundtracks are schweet!

My best suggestion is just to wait a while and try www.vgmusic.com or www.ocremixes.org

Video Game Chat / Re: Diamond or Pearl
« on: April 29, 2007, 11:24:28 AM »
Well, I wanted Diamond (less pink, if you want an honest answer), but I got Pearl 'cause my brother wanted Diamond too, and he reserved it (though they never ponied up the special stylus, which can really PO a person...). Obviously, it defeats the whole purpose of you and your sibling getting Pokemon if you both get the same thing, so Pearl for me since Friday! Quite addictive, really (I'm almost on the third gym and still goin' strong), but I think there's too many 'mons from the previous titles...

Mario Chat / Re: Mario Galaxy In October according to... famitsu?

^ Yeah, well, being weekly and all, it's also pretty up-to-date!

I thought it was already confirmed Super Mario Galaxy got pushed back to Fall... maybe that was SSBB... I dunno, I'm getting all of Nintendo's stupid business moves mixed up.

Thanks for the tips, Fifth, although it's embarrasing to say that I found those three guys after grousing about it the other day.

And as for the maps, all who are wondering, go to B1 (where the cafe is) in Flopside and flip and go down the water on the left (where the chest and path to the item salesman was in Flipside)

Nothing's wrong with GameFAQS...

It's just that there's a lot of things you can do in the game but you are never given the slightest indictation where there are, how to do them, or if it's even possible (Tiptron, the Whacka and Treasure Maps come to mind). Now, I know HOW to find Piccolo and did, and I think that MAYBE I would have accidentally tried that out (talking to the fortune-teller) at some point, but I just beat the game, and I have yet to recieve any info that would lead me towards the conclusion that you have to give Francis in Chapter 3-4 999 coins for Tiptron (I only figured that out by going online... I'll try it later).

Mario Chat / Re: Does SPM mean new perspective to the series?
« on: April 19, 2007, 06:16:01 PM »
I think I like the regular RPGs a bit more, but SPM is still pretty awesome. Eh... well, the dev team folks said they wanted a new spin on the series because it was getting predictable (perhaps so...), and that after this, they may do another new take on Paper Mario entirely...

Hmm... first-person? Text-based? *shudders*

Creamy, to be honest. I suppose it all really boils down to what you're eating it with.
