Excellent. I will cherish this link just in case I meet up with some fool who tells me video games are bad for me.

There was an article I read once that said that 1 hour of video games can increase logic.

I've read somewhere that (a) hospital(s) used gameboys to help spine-injured patients regain hand-eye coordination.

Video games are more healthy than you think. Sure they may hinder physical abilities a little, but the mental benefits outweigh the physical hinderances.

No worries about that; ride your bike and have fun outside.

Video games help eye hand coordination?  I knew that a long time ago.  Something that few have said is how they may sometimes limit a person view.  That is in a shooting games you can only see straight in front of you.  These type of games are great for increasing coordination and response time, but are militiary doesn't use them mush because of there limit field of view.
