It's because the N64 used Rambus DRAM, which requires unused memory slots to have a jumper in them.

I heard something about copy right issues so Nintendo cant use Wart in their games but could use the other characters.

That seems very unlikely. If they created the character, they can do whatever they want with it.

Man, I've never even heard of most of those flavors. They must be new or something.
I've always liked the peanut butter patties and the coconut ones. But I haven't had any for a long time because they're way too stinkin' expensive.
And I agree that chocolate and mint don't go together.
