I posted a 347 seconds left on gaem when i hit the flag you got skills, prove it show me up.

A perfect time on running 1-1 of SMB would be to run through the level NONSTOP until the flag. Since jumping doesn't slow you down when you're running, and there are no places you absolutely HAVE to slow down for in 1-1, it IS possible for there to be ONE absolutely perfect time. I don't know if that's it or not.

Yup, it is. After a quick 10 minutes with NESticle I made a nonstop run through it, and the perfect time is indeed 348. I should make an NESticle movie of it.

Got it recorded. Now I just gotta send it in to Deezer. Of course, using the pipe would get you a better time, but the point here is to RUN all the way through it.

I confess, I used the pipe. *grins sheepishly*

Try beating 370. I don't think it's possible; I ran the whole way thru w/o any obstacles hindering me--except for the unavoidable steps at the end, which was hardly at all.

Now that I got 370, I can't rematch it. Keep getting 367 or something--those stupid steps kept hanging me up!
