Movie was totally awesome. I missed the first ten minutes because we had to be a little late...but that's okay, it was easy to fill in the plot details from context and I watched the opening crawl on YouTube when I got home from it anyways.

A trend towards graphical sameyness is also noticable when comparing Super Mario 64 N64 to Super Mario 64 DS. I'm posting a comparison of Bowser's appearance and the Boos and Boss Basses were changed to their usual looks in the DS version.

Note that concept art of Bowser from that era makes him resemble something akin to the DS version with darker skin, so that's less graphical sameyness and more that the N64 models could be a bit crude.

I tried the Pit of 100 Trials in this game a day or two ago. I got to like the 80th floor then died after losing like 15HP in one turn because I didn't heal at the right time :/

I didn't wanna buy this because I had Super Mario Bros. X and thought that was a better level editor, but now that I've played some of Super Mario Maker at a buddy's house, I really want it!

Last gen's consoles really dropped the ball on this. The Wii was pretty good at this, mainly cause you could use a Classic Controller (Or Guitar Hero guitar!) to just maneuver through it with a control stick. The PS3's, though, is kind of obtuse. The Xbox 360's isn't as obtuse, but it's still a little difficult to find some options I think.

The 3DS probably has my favorite menu. All those themes, being able to make silly little folders...

New school year ****ing blows. We moved from five periods to seven, I had a lunch period with my best friend that they changed at the end of the day so now I don't have it with him anymore, none of my teachers are chill (and I have them all year this time!), I have the Spanish teacher notorious for being among the worst teachers in the school, and apparently I accidentally picked the much harder of the two math required senior math classes. And I'd been told throughout all of high school that senior year was the fun year...I feel cheated.
