After unveiling Bowser just yesterday, Smash Bros. DOJO!! comes right back today with info on Bowser's Final Smash. By picking up a Smash Ball, Bowser transforms into Giga Bowser! You'll be able to control the bigger and badder version of Bowser for a short time.

I already checked it earlier. I think my jaw fell off due to the sheer amount of awesome in that update.

Definitely a neat update. I wonder if they'll keep Giga Bowser's B moves intact with the Melee counterpart.

I'm also glad to see that Zelda's fair and bair are returning. Easily her most redeeming move.

Did anyone notice Mario's position in this screen? I'm sure that means the dodge move is back.
<Kojinka> When I saw this thread back on top, I was afraid this was gonna be another pointless bump by a new member, but when I saw Super-Jesse's username, my fears were laid to rest.

I like how the image of the terrifying Giga Bowser attacking everyone bluntly contradicts the whole happy, whimsical persona of the Yoshi stage in that screenshot.

It seems like Giga Bowser would be rather hard to control due to his size.
Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

Now, what happens if the real Giga Bowser picks up a Smash Ball, I wonder?

Seeing this makes me anticpate the unveiling of the other Final Smashes even more. Wario could have the "explosion" from the E3 movie, Sonic (if he's in SSBB) could transform into his Super Form, Captain Falcon could run over people in the Blue Falcon... the possibilities are endless.
If my son could decimate Lego cities with his genitals, I'd be [darn] proud.

^I'd thought his "sonic wind" would be it.

ahh, I hope he can still preform the whirling fortress move. oh, the anticipation!

Yeah, that could make quite the special move too...

On another note, is it probable that Giga will retain the side-effects to his moves? I seem to remember one of his moves freezing the opponent, for example...

Forward Smash explodes, Whirling Fortress freezes (I think), Bowser Bomb or maybe that and downward smash creates earthquakes, and fire breath is like, on fire. You know what I mean.
Hmmmmmmm... Pichu's Final Smash should just turn him into Pikachu for a short time. The rawest of deals, right there. That, or an uber powerful insta-death attack. It can't be anywhere in between.

Whereas Pikachu had Volt Tackle, Pichu should have Zap Cannon.

This is, of course, assuming Pichu's even in the game. I know that no matter what the fighter, getting rid of someone would be a step backwards, but Pichu should never have been in Melee in the first place.

I'll say it again, Pichu is meant to be the weakest so you can beat your friends with him and embarrass them. That's why my newest Melee goal is: get good at using Pichu.

If Pichu and Pikachu are in Brawl, that would let Raichu sneak in without us knowing! He'd be a stronger, yet slower version of Pikachu! And Jigglypuff's final smash would be that sleeping melody move, except it would go all about the field, setting everyone else asleep! But, even when they get hit they still won't wake up! It would be ten seconds before they do wake up, so you must rack up alot of damage!

"Us" being...? Oh... never mind.
Not to sound horrendously picky, but I wouldn't be too happy if any references to the anime that strong got in (well, the voices, of course, are okay). If a person from the series were to make it in, it would HAVE to be Red, not Ash. Red, as he was in generation II, at that--13 or 14 years old, and merciless. I don't think this is all that likely, to be honest.

I hope they use the 4Kids voice clips for as much of the Pokemon as possible (especially Jigglypuff, and other pokemon from the first three gens that had English voice actors)  I hate 4Kids dubbing, but they actually did a pretty good job with the voices for the Pokemon anime.

Wait, what's the difference?

I would not count on that, LD.
Ganondorf: The man, the only man born in the Gerudo tribe of thieves in 100 years (don't ask), their king, who sought the Triforce and now holds the Triforce of Power. Not all that polite.
Ganon: The pig demon, the only pig demon transformed from a man in a probably large amount of years (it was the Triforce), the King of Evil, who now holds the Triforce of Power. No more polite than he was as Ganondorf.

Ganondorf didn't show up until the fifth Zelda, OoT. Before that it was straight up Ganon, the giant pig.

Of course I know that. It's just generally accepted, time line-chronologically speaking, that Ocarina of Time was the first game (The Minish Cap has no mention of the Triforce, but it does reference a green-garbed hero who looked like a Link, though this hero's deeds were never documented in a Zelda game so... well, whatever). It shows how Ganondorf got the Triforce of Power and became a spiteful pig who would torment Links and Zeldas in the centuries thereafter.
