Akihabara retailers are having a bit of trouble keeping the official standalone
Mario Kart Wii
wheel on store shelves. Fortunately, Datel Japan's Racing Handle is also being stocked, which sells for less and comes in white
or
black. Why all the trouble over the Wii Wheel, I have no clue. All I know is that I want that table cover for my next birthday party.

<Kojinka> When I saw this thread back on top, I was afraid this was gonna be another pointless bump by a new member, but when I saw Super-Jesse's username, my fears were laid to rest.

Why would people be buying the standalone Wii Wheel but not Mario Kart Wii? (Yes, I know there are other Wii games where it could be useful.)

Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

Maybe they want extras for when their friends come over?
